EXCITING NEWS!

Wow, it still seems so unreal that it all happened and fell in to place so fast. But I am so excited to share with you all that I now hold the title of Miss Florida High School and I will now go to nationals this summer in July to compete for the title of Miss High School America. This is such an amazing opportunity and I am so thrilled, but I think one of the coolest things is that I will be meeting one girl from each state in the United States. So no matter what happens during this awesome week of competition I will be able to walk away with 49 new friends and many memories I will have forever.
One of the very first appearances I had was that I had the chance to read to a great group of Kindergarteners at Assumption, which is a private school here in Jacksonville Florida. They were all so cute and well behaved and it was a blast reading to them and talking to them about bullying and why it is so important to be a good friend to everyone. To the left is a picture of a little friend that I got to know very well during my time in the class, her name is Kylie and I have to say she is quite the character and kept me smiling the whole time!
